Workshop Terms

By registering for or attending a Compound Systems workshop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
1. What this is
The workshop is educational and informational. It demonstrates tools, workflows, and approaches for using AI in a business. It is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice tailored to your situation.
2. No guarantees
Outcomes depend on your own business, effort, and execution. Compound Systems makes no guarantee of any specific result, revenue, time savings, or outcome from attending or applying anything shown.
3. Communications
When you register, you'll receive emails about the event (confirmation, reminders, and the recording) along with occasional resources and offers from Compound. If you previously unsubscribed, registering opts you back into these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
4. Recording and likeness
Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you consent to the session being recorded, including any audio, video, chat messages, or questions you contribute, and to Compound using those recordings for educational and promotional purposes.
5. Materials
Slides, templates, prompts, and other materials are owned by Compound Systems and shared for your personal use. Please do not resell, redistribute, or present them as your own.
6. Third-party tools
The workshop may reference or use third-party products and services. Compound is not responsible for those tools, including their pricing, availability, or your use of them.
7. Changes and cancellation
Dates, content, format, and availability may change. Compound may reschedule or cancel a session and will give reasonable notice where possible.
8. Conduct
Compound may remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive, or interferes with the session.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Compound Systems and Chris Shon are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your registration, attendance, or use of anything shown. For any paid workshop, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
