AI Assessment

Know what your bottleneck costs before you spend a dollar fixing it.

The $2,500 AI Assessment gives you a ranked plan, the cost of the work, and a fixed price for the first build in 14 days.

    $2,500 · 14 days · refundable · credited to the build

    What this is
    • 14 days.
    • I find the work costing you the most.
    • You get what it costs per year, in dollars.
    • You get the one thing to fix first.
    • You get a fixed price to build it.
    • $2,500, refunded if I do not find a durable, reliable solution to your bottleneck. Credited in full if the build starts within 30 days of assessment delivery.
    Before you buy a build

Put a number next to the work.

You know which task eats the week. We follow it from arrival to completion, count the corrections, and identify the work your team would still need to do after automation.

The plan compares the expected benefit with the build price and ongoing costs. If an existing tool solves the problem, the recommendation names it.

    Three things get guessed

Every AI project starts with three unknowns.

    Scope

    Which one do we fix?

    After the assessment

The opportunities we identify, ranked by payback and feasibility.

    Value

    What is it worth?

    After the assessment

The cost per year, counted against every cost including subscriptions and upkeep.

    Adoption

    Will anyone use it?

    After the assessment

The first build picked for the highest odds your team keeps using it.

    Full refund

If I do not find a durable, reliable solution to your bottleneck, I refund the full $2,500.

A call to see whether this fits. If it does not, I will say so.

    What this does not fix

The assessment gives you the plan and scope. Implementation is a separate purchase. Someone on your team still needs to own the workflow, review exceptions, and learn how to use what gets built. Those responsibilities belong in the scope before you commit.

Yes, I also sell the builds
    • If the fix is a tool you can buy this afternoon, the plan says so and names it.
    • The plan is written so any developer can build from it. Take it and get three quotes.
    • I run two of these a month. Selling one that should not happen costs me the slot.

    Do not buy this if

    • Nothing manual eats more than a few hours a week. The savings will not clear the price.
    • You want someone running your AI month to month. That is not this.
    • You have already picked the tool and want it wired up. Send me the spec instead.

    Questions

When does the assessment credit expire?

The full $2,500 comes off the build price if the build starts within 30 days of assessment delivery. After 30 days, the credit expires.

I already know my bottleneck. Why pay for this?

You know what is slow. This tells you what it costs, whether software is even the answer, and what the fix costs before you commit.

    When does the refund apply?

If I do not find a durable, reliable solution to the bottleneck you are facing, I refund the full $2,500.

What if I never build anything?

The plan is yours. It names the tools and the scope, so anyone can build from it.

How long until something is live?

The first automation runs within 30 days of the build starting.
